We are approximately 2 1/2 hours from Tampa, 3 hours from Orlando and 3 hours from Miami. To get to Matlacha take I-75 to Exit 143 (State Road 78/Pine Island Road) and follow west until you see signs welcoming you to Matlacha. After you cross the drawbridge, look for the marina on the right just before the next bridge. (4530 Pine Island Road)
